Laverton Smokes and Convenience Store

Laverton Smokes & Convenience Store in Victoria is one of those places where you instantly feel welcome. The moment you walk in, you’re greeted by some of the friendliest staff you’ll find in the western suburbs. We’ve heard countless stories about how the owners go above and beyond to make everyone feel right at home – they’re not just selling products, they’re building relationships with their customers.

The store is impressively well-stocked with all your typical tobacconist needs, from cigarettes to rolling papers and lighters. What really sets them apart is their commitment to quality – visitors say they only stock genuine imported products, so you know you’re getting the real deal. The shop itself is always kept clean and tidy, which is always a nice bonus when you’re popping in for a quick purchase.

When it comes to prices, this place is a bit of a hidden gem. Most visitors reckon it’s among the cheapest spots in Melbourne’s west, though we’ve heard a couple of people mention it can be a bit dear on some items. But hey, you’re paying for quality and service, right? The store accepts all standard payment methods including EFTPOS, card, and cash, making transactions a breeze.

One thing that makes this shop super convenient is the parking situation. There’s on-site parking available, and visitors say they rarely have trouble finding a spot. The store keeps regular business hours, operating from 9am to 5:30pm Monday through Friday, and 9am to 3pm on Saturdays (they’re closed on Sundays). Just a heads up though – it’s worth noting that they stick pretty strictly to these hours.

The customer service here is honestly top-notch. We’ve heard that the staff never rush you through your purchase, and they’re always happy to help you find exactly what you’re after. One visitor mentioned how the “staff lady was super friendly and helpful,” which seems to be the general consensus among regular customers. It’s this kind of personal touch that keeps people coming back – that, and the fact that they maintain such a ripper selection of products at competitive prices.
