About
Brisbane Cigar Humidor is a true gem in Brisbane City, Queensland, where cigar enthusiasts and newcomers alike find their slice of heaven. This top-rated establishment has become a bit of a local legend, and crikey, it’s not hard to see why. The moment you walk in, you’re greeted by an atmosphere that feels both luxurious and welcoming – like stepping into someone’s fancy living room where you’re actually wanted.
The selection here is absolutely bonza – we’re talking about an impressive range of premium cigars that’d make any aficionado weak at the knees. Whether you’re after rare limited editions or classic favorites, they’ve got the lot. What’s particularly nice is that they cater to all budgets, so you won’t need to sell your firstborn to enjoy a quality smoke. Visitors say the prices are actually lower than what you’d find at other places in Brisbane, which is a pleasant surprise given the premium nature of their stock.
The staff here are proper legends when it comes to customer service. They’re not just selling cigars; they’re sharing their passion and expertise. We’ve heard countless stories of first-timers walking in completely clueless and walking out feeling like they’ve just had a masterclass in cigar appreciation. One visitor mentioned how the staff treated their dad “like royalty,” sharing stories and showing vintage cigars – it’s that personal touch that makes all the difference.
They’re open from 10am to 10pm Monday through Thursday and Sunday, while Friday and Saturday they keep the doors open until midnight. The shop accepts all standard payment methods including EFTPOS, cards, and cash, making it convenient for everyone. Beyond cigars, they’ve got all the accessories you could need – humidors, cutters, and other bits and bobs that complete the cigar experience.
What really sets this place apart is how they manage to be both high-end and approachable at the same time. It’s not just a shop; it’s become a bit of a community hub where cigar lovers can chat, learn, and share their passion. Even if you’re just buying a gift or curious about getting into cigars, you’ll feel right at home here.

Good but not amazing range of cigars, Friendly and helpful staff, I find the prices a bit steep but not more than anywhere else now available in the CBD. The cigars are in good condition and stored properly.
As a walk-in customer this is a good local shop but expect to pay $20+ a stick more than if you had bought the same cigar online from an Australian retailer.
