Smokemart Wellard

Smokemart Wellard in WA is one of those rare gems where you actually look forward to popping in. The store has built quite a reputation for its top-notch service, and crikey, they really do live up to the hype. Visitors consistently rave about the staff’s friendly attitudes and how they go above and beyond for their customers. There’s this one story we heard about Paige, who went out of her way to track down and collect specific items that weren’t in stock for a customer – that’s the kind of service you don’t find just anywhere.

The shop carries a ripper selection of smoking accessories and tobacco products. We’ve heard from regular customers that if you can’t find what you’re after, the staff will bend over backwards to help you track it down. What’s particularly neat is that they’ve also got a fantastic range of gift items and nick-nacks, making it worth a visit even if you’re not a smoker yourself. Some visitors say they pop in just to browse the unique gift options when they’re stuck for present ideas.

They’re open nice and early from 8am to 7pm Monday through Friday, with slightly shorter hours on weekends – 8am to 5pm on Saturdays and 11am to 5pm on Sundays. The store accepts all major payment methods including EFTPOS, card, and cash, so you won’t need to worry about making a special trip to the ATM.

What really sets this place apart though is the consistently stellar customer service. The staff are known for their patience and helpfulness – we’ve even heard they’ll take the time to break down prices per cigarette for customers looking to make the most economical choice. It’s this kind of attention to detail and genuine care for their customers that’s earned them such a loyal following in the Wellard area.

The atmosphere in the store is always welcoming, and you can tell the staff genuinely enjoy what they do. Whether you’re a regular customer or just dropping in for the first time, you’ll likely find yourself greeted with a warm smile and offered friendly, knowledgeable assistance. It’s no wonder so many visitors say they leave the store with a smile on their face.
