Cloud 9 Smoke Shop Northbridge

Cloud 9 Smoke Shop Northbridge is a handy little spot tucked away in the heart of Northbridge, Western Australia, and if the reviews are anything to go by, it’s built up a fair few fans since it opened its doors. Sitting on a solid 4.2 stars across 34 reviews, it’s the sort of place that locals seem happy to pop into and have a yarn with the folks behind the counter.

Speaking of which, the service is where this place really shines. One visitor reckoned they got absolutely top-notch customer service from a lovely worker, even if they didn’t catch her name. Another bloke was so chuffed with one of the fellas working there that he and his partner ended up hanging around the shop for hours just having a chinwag. When customers are calling staff legendary and begging the boss to never let them go, you know you’re onto a good thing service-wise.

Mind you, not everyone’s walked away rapt. One reviewer rocked up expecting to find certain products and came away a bit puzzled about exactly what was on the shelves, so it pays to know what you’re after before you head in. Worth keeping in mind if you’re chasing something specific.

As for when to swing by, Cloud 9 keeps pretty reasonable hours through the week. Monday to Thursday they’re open from 10am through to 7pm, then they really stretch it out on Fridays and Saturdays, staying open until a late 10pm for those after-dark runs. Sundays, though, they’re shut, so plan your visit accordingly. All up, it’s a friendly little Northbridge stop where the staff seem genuinely keen to look after you, and that counts for a lot these days.
