Smokemart Bassendean

Smokemart Bassendean in WA is one of those rare gems where the staff actually remember your name and what you usually buy – how good is that? This top-rated tobacconist has built quite a reputation for its exceptional personal service, and it’s easy to see why. The moment you walk in, you’ll notice how clean and well-organized everything is, making it a breeze to find what you’re after.

The store stocks all your typical tobacconist essentials – cigarettes, rolling papers, lighters, and various smoking accessories. We’ve heard from regular customers that they often run some ripper deals and bargains, making their prices more competitive than what you’d find at the major supermarkets. Plus, they’re pretty quick with service, so you won’t be stuck waiting around like you might be at other places.

What really sets this place apart is the staff – absolute legends, the lot of them. Michelle, Nicole, and the whole team go above and beyond to make every visit feel special. They’re always up for a chat and know their products inside out. It’s not just about making a sale here; they genuinely want to help you find exactly what you’re looking for. Visitors say they’ll often give you a heads up about any ongoing specials or deals, which is pretty thoughtful if you ask me.

They’re open seven days a week, which is super convenient. You can pop in Monday to Friday from 8am to 7pm (except Thursday when they’re open till 9pm), Saturdays from 8am to 5pm, and Sundays from 11am to 5pm. The store accepts all major payment methods including EFTPOS, cards, and cash, so you’re covered no matter how you prefer to pay.

If you’re after a tobacconist where you’ll be treated like a valued customer rather than just another transaction, this is your spot. The regulars reckon it’s the best smoke shop in town, and after hearing all the positive feedback, it’s not hard to see why they keep coming back.
