Buy Smokes Online

Buy Smokes Online is a tobacco shop based in Springvale, Victoria, and going by the reviews it’s earned itself a cracking reputation, sitting on a perfect 5-star rating across 55 reviews. As the name suggests, this one’s all about getting your smokes sorted online, with orders posted out to your door rather than you having to traipse down to the shops. If you do need to get in touch or sort out an order, they’re open weekdays from 9am to 5pm, Monday right through to Friday, and they have a rest on the weekend with both Saturday and Sunday closed.

The thing folks keep banging on about is the service, and a bloke named John gets a heap of love in the reviews. One customer reckoned their order turned up missing an item, gave John a ring, and he sorted it straight away – sent the missing bit out that same day and it landed the next. He even took the time to talk one shopper through the recent government legislation and what it means for buying down the track, plus how to pay via bank transfer instead of copping a credit card surcharge. That’s the kind of go-the-extra-mile stuff that keeps people coming back.

Value is another big tick. Plenty of reviewers mention the prices being on the friendlier side, with a few saying it’s the cheapest they’ve found online for their usual brands. One regular was fed up with local shops running out of their brand and charging a premium, and found ordering this way cheaper, fast and safe with tracked postage. Speedy delivery comes up time and again too – orders going out quick and arriving just as quick.

On top of that, the team’s known for being a friendly mob who’ll give you a call if something’s out of stock to offer a replacement or alternative, so you’re never left in the lurch. All up, if you’re after a no-fuss way to grab your smokes without leaving home, the punters reckon this lot have got it well and truly sorted.
