Letsave Convenience & Tobacco Shop in Moorabbin, Victoria is one of those local gems that’s really come into its own lately. The shop’s had quite the glow-up over the past few months, and it shows in their impressive range of products. You’ll find all your typical tobacconist goods here, plus a ripper selection of American candies and chips (word is their Blue Takis are a hot commodity). They’ve even got this wild array of Fanta and Coke flavours you probably didn’t know existed.

The owner, George, is a proper legend who’s made this place more than just your average smoke shop. We’ve heard he’s the type who’ll let you charge your phone while having a yarn, and most customers reckon they walk out with a smile on their face. Though fair warning, if you’re in a rush, you might need to be patient since the staff like to have a proper chat with their regulars (some visitors say this can mean a bit of a wait during busy times).

They’re open bright and early from 7am to 6:45pm Monday through Friday, and 10am to 4pm on Saturdays. They’ve even started opening on public holidays (except Christmas Day) from 10am to 4pm, which is pretty handy. The prices are competitive too, with visitors consistently mentioning they get good deals here.

The shop accepts all payment methods including EFTPOS, card, and cash, so you’re sorted however you want to pay. Just a heads up though, some regulars mention the shelves can be a bit hit-and-miss with stock levels, but that’s probably because they’re always moving product.
