TSG Horsham

TSG Horsham in Victoria has become quite the local fixture for tobacco enthusiasts. The shop’s got a bit of everything you’d expect from a tobacconist – your standard cigarettes, rolling papers, and lighters – plus they’ve recently started stocking some new products that visitors seem pretty chuffed about. While some reckon the selection’s a bit basic, others swear it’s got more variety than any other smoke shop in town, so I guess it depends what you’re after.

The staff here are absolute legends, no two ways about it. They’re always up for a chat and go out of their way to help you find what you need. I’ve heard from quite a few visitors that the employees really make the place special – they’re not just there to ring up your purchase, they’re genuinely friendly and helpful. One regular mentioned how there’s always a welcoming smile when you walk in, which makes a world of difference, doesn’t it?

They’ve got pretty decent trading hours too, which is handy if you’re working nine to five. The doors are open from 9:30 in the morning until 8 at night Monday through Wednesday, and they stay open an hour later until 9 pm Thursday through Saturday. Even on Sundays, they’re there from 10:30 am to 8 pm, so you’re covered pretty much whenever you need to pop in.

When it comes to payment, they take all the usual suspects – EFTPOS, cards, and cash. What’s interesting is that quite a few visitors reckon they offer good value for money, and some have mentioned scoring particularly good deals on various items. While one or two people reckon it’s nothing special, most folks seem pretty happy with what they get for their dollar.

The place might not be the fanciest tobacconist you’ve ever seen, but it’s got heart. Between the friendly service, decent hours, and the fact that most customers walk out satisfied, it’s doing something right. Just don’t expect anything too fancy – it’s more your reliable local than a premium specialist shop.
