Cellarbrations and Tsg Hamilton

Cellarbrations & Tsg Hamilton in Victoria is a ripper of a tobacconist that’s earned quite a reputation for its exceptional service and extensive range. The shop’s open from 10 in the morning until 8 at night during the week, with a bit of extra time on Fridays and Saturdays when they stay open till 9. Even on Sundays, you can pop in from 10:30 am to 8 pm, which is pretty convenient if you ask me.

What really sets this place apart is the legendary customer service, particularly from the owner, Shivi. We’ve heard countless stories about how he’ll bend over backwards to help customers find exactly what they’re after. If they don’t have something in stock, Shivi’s known to go out of his way to source it for you. It’s that kind of personal touch that’s made this shop a local favourite.

The store stocks all your typical tobacconist items like cigarettes, rolling papers, and lighters, but visitors say the range goes well beyond that. They’ve got a seriously impressive selection, and the best part is you won’t have to break the bank either. We’ve heard from plenty of satisfied customers about their competitive pricing, which seems to be one of the many reasons locals keep coming back.

One thing that makes this place extra special is their drive-through service. Regular customers rave about how convenient it is, especially with their rewards program. The staff are always ready to load your purchases right into your car, which is a nice touch when you’re in a hurry. They accept all the usual payment methods too – EFTPOS, cards, and cash, so you’re covered however you prefer to pay.

What really warms the heart is seeing how this business gives back to the community. They’ve even donated supplies to help out local bushfire recovery efforts, which just goes to show they’re not just another shop – they’re a proper part of the Hamilton community. Whether you’re a local or just passing through, you’ll find the atmosphere welcoming and the service top-notch.
