Free Choice Tobacconist Endeavour Hills

Free Choice Tobacconist Endeavour Hills in VIC is one of those local gems that’s earned quite a reputation for its top-notch service. The staff here aren’t just going through the motions – we’ve heard time and time again about their professional, friendly approach that makes customers feel right at home. One regular visitor even called their customer service “GOATED,” and honestly, that pretty much sums up what you can expect when you walk through their doors.

The shop carries a full range of tobacco products, from your everyday cigarettes to rolling papers and lighters, and visitors say they’ve never had trouble finding what they’re after. The prices are pretty reasonable too, with regular deals that keep the locals coming back. Speaking of coming back, quite a few customers have mentioned this has become their regular spot, which says a lot about both the service and value they’re getting.

They’re open seven days a week, which is pretty convenient. You can pop in Monday through Wednesday from 9am to 6pm, Thursday and Friday they stay open a bit later until 7pm, Saturdays they’re back to 9am-6pm, and Sundays they open slightly later at 9:30am and close at 5pm. The shop accepts all the usual payment methods – EFTPOS, cards, and cash, so you won’t have any drama there.

What really stands out about this place is how consistently positive people are about their experiences. The staff seem to have that perfect balance of being helpful without being pushy, and they know their stuff too. One thing I’ve noticed from what people say is that even if you’re just ducking in for a quick purchase, you’ll probably leave feeling like you’ve had a proper good experience. It’s the kind of shop where the service makes you want to come back, even if it’s just for the friendly chat while you’re getting what you need.
