Boronia Tobacco And Ugg

Boronia Tobacco And Ugg in Victoria offers a mixed bag when it comes to your local tobacco shopping needs. While some visitors praise the store’s selection of tobacco products and accessories, others reckon you might find better deals at the nearby supermarkets. The shop maintains regular hours from 9am to 7pm every day of the week, which is pretty convenient if you’re looking to pop in after work.

The store stocks your typical tobacconist fare – cigarettes, rolling papers, and lighters – plus they’ve got a decent range of incense if that’s your thing. We’ve heard from some regulars that the shop keeps things tidy and well-organized, though the product selection can be hit or miss depending on when you visit.

When it comes to prices, well, that’s where things get a bit complicated. Some visitors say they offer competitive rates, but others mention finding cheaper options at Coles next door. Worth noting that they do slug you with a 1% surcharge for card payments, which isn’t everyone’s cup of tea. They accept both cash and EFTPOS, but maybe bring cash if you want to avoid that extra fee.

The customer service experience seems to vary quite a bit. While some folks rave about friendly staff members (particularly mentioning Susan, who apparently goes above and beyond), others haven’t had such positive encounters. One shopper told us about a particularly helpful interaction during lockdown, when the staff maintained their professionalism despite dealing with some pretty stressed-out customers.

Keep in mind that while this shop has been around for a while, recent feedback suggests it might not be everyone’s first choice. If you’re in the area and need to grab some smokes, you might want to compare prices with nearby alternatives before making your purchase. The store could be worth checking out if convenience is your priority, but don’t be surprised if you find better deals elsewhere.
