CTC Beaconsfield

CTC Beaconsfield in Victoria is one of those friendly local tobacconists where you really feel like more than just another customer walking through the door. The shop carries all your typical tobacconist essentials, with visitors noting they stock a comprehensive range of cigarette varieties to suit different preferences.

What really sets this place apart is the genuine, old-school customer service that seems harder and harder to find these days. The staff (particularly the lovely lady behind the counter) have earned quite a reputation for their phenomenal service. We’ve heard from long-time customers who reckon it’s some of the best service they’ve experienced in over 20 years – and that’s saying something! There’s a real authentic Aussie vibe to the place that makes you feel right at home.

The shop itself is well-maintained and spotlessly clean, with easy parking right out front for when you’re in a hurry. Price-wise, you’ll find everything quite reasonable here – multiple visitors have mentioned the competitive pricing, which is always good news for the wallet. The shop accepts all standard payment methods including cash, card, and EFTPOS for your convenience.

They keep things simple with consistent trading hours, opening their doors from 9am to 7:30pm seven days a week. This makes it dead easy to pop in whenever you need to stock up. The extended evening hours are particularly handy for those who work traditional business hours.

What really sticks with you about this place is how the staff treat their customers like family rather than just another transaction. It’s a proper small business that’s managed to maintain that personal touch – the kind where they remember your usual order and always have time for a quick chat. As one regular put it, “you don’t just feel like a number here,” and that pretty much sums up what makes this tobacconist special.
