TSG New Norfolk

TSG New Norfolk in Tasmania is your go-to local tobacconist that’s earned quite a reputation for its top-notch customer service. The staff here are absolute gems, always ready with a friendly smile and helpful attitude that makes you feel right at home. We’ve heard from so many visitors about how cheerful and efficient the team is, especially Leonie and her crew who really go above and beyond for their customers.

The store stocks all your typical tobacconist essentials, including cigarettes, rolling papers, and lighters. They’re open bright and early on weekdays, starting at 6:30 in the morning and going strong until 5 pm. If you’re planning a weekend visit, pop in on Saturday between 8 am and 1 pm, but keep in mind they take a well-deserved break on Sundays.

What really sets this place apart is how the staff treat their customers. You know how sometimes you walk into a shop and feel like you’re just another transaction? Not here. The team’s got this knack for making everyone feel welcome, whether you’re a regular or just passing through. We’ve heard countless stories about their fantastic service, and crikey, they really do live up to the hype.

They’re more than just a tobacconist too – they’ve got a bit of a newsagent side to them as well. One customer was particularly chuffed about getting their Historic New Norfolk series delivered, which shows they’re pretty good at handling special orders when needed. The store accepts various payment methods including EFTPOS, cards, and cash, making it convenient for everyone to shop there.

It’s the kind of place where you can tell the staff actually enjoy what they do, and that makes all the difference. Whether you’re ducking in for a quick purchase or need some advice, you’ll find yourself in good hands at TSG New Norfolk. Fair dinkum, it’s refreshing to find a local business that still puts such a strong emphasis on good old-fashioned customer service.
