Smokemart Burton

Smokemart Burton in South Australia is one of those places where the staff really make the difference. The moment you walk in, you’ll notice how clean and well-organized everything is, and the friendly faces behind the counter are always ready to help. We’ve heard that the staff even remember regular customers’ preferences, which is a nice personal touch you don’t get everywhere these days.

The store carries a solid range of tobacco products, plus some really nice extras like incense and t-shirts. Everything’s laid out neat and tidy, making it easy to find what you’re after. Visitors say the staff are particularly good at helping customers find the most cost-effective options for their needs, and they’re always up for a chat while they’re at it.

Their hours are pretty convenient too. They’re open Monday through Friday from 8am to 7pm (except Thursdays when they stay open till 8:30pm), Saturdays 8am to 5pm, and Sundays 9am to 5pm. The shop accepts all the usual payment methods including EFTPOS, cards, and cash, so you won’t have any drama there.

What really stands out about this place is the customer service. We’ve heard countless stories about how the staff go above and beyond – like helping customers with their shopping bags or taking extra time with returns. One visitor mentioned how the staff researched products to find the best value options for them, which is pretty impressive. They’re known for being genuinely friendly and helpful, not just going through the motions.

The store maintains good stock levels of most products, though like any shop, they might occasionally run out of specific items. The atmosphere is welcoming and professional, and visitors often mention how the staff manage to strike that perfect balance between being helpful and giving you space to browse. There’s a bit of an issue with disability parking that some customers have mentioned, but the exceptional service more than makes up for any minor inconveniences.
