Smokemart Adelaide Hindley St

Smokemart Adelaide Hindley St, nestled right in the heart of Adelaide’s CBD, is your typical go-to tobacconist with a bit of extra flair. The shop’s got a ripper location that makes it dead easy to pop in while you’re in the city, whether you’re just passing through or work in the area.

We’ve heard from plenty of visitors that the store’s got a pretty impressive range of products. Beyond your usual smokes and smoking accessories, they’ve actually got quite a decent selection of gift ideas too. It’s not just your run-of-the-mill tobacco shop – they’ve really gone the extra mile with their variety. The prices are pretty reasonable too, staying competitive with standard retail rates, which is always good to know when you’re watching your wallet.

The shop keeps fairly convenient hours, opening bright and early at 7am Monday through Friday and staying open until 6:30pm, with a late night on Friday until 9pm. Weekend hours are a bit different, with Saturday trading from 9am to 5pm and Sundays from 11am to 4pm. You can pay by card, cash, or EFTPOS, so no dramas there.

Now, about the service – bit of a mixed bag, if we’re being honest. While lots of regulars rave about the friendly staff and top-notch service, there have been a few occasions where things weren’t quite up to scratch. Some days you might catch them on a really good day with super helpful staff, other times you might need to exercise a bit of patience. It’s kind of like your local pub – some days the service is spot on, other days not so much.

The store’s setup makes it easy to browse around, and they keep their shelves well-stocked with all the essentials a smoker might need. Whether you’re after your regular smokes or looking to grab a pressie for someone, they’ve usually got something that’ll do the trick. Just remember, like any shop in the CBD, it can get a bit busy during lunch hours and right after work, so maybe plan your visit around those peak times if you’re in a hurry.
