Smokemart Aberfoyle Park

Smokemart Aberfoyle Park in South Australia is your friendly local tobacconist that’s been making waves with their top-notch customer service. Located conveniently near Coles, this shop might not be the biggest in town, but what they lack in size they more than make up for in heart and helpful staff.

The store stocks all your typical tobacconist essentials like cigarettes, rolling papers, and lighters, plus they’ve got a ripper selection of gifts and cards that won’t break the bank. We’ve heard that their greeting cards are particularly well-priced, and they often run some decent sales that are worth checking out.

What really sets this place apart is the staff – they’re absolute legends. Visitors say the team goes above and beyond, even helping track down items at other stores if they don’t have what you’re after. They’re known for remembering regular customers’ preferences and always double-checking prices to make sure you’re getting the best deal. One regular mentions how the staff actually checks whether two packs of 20’s or one pack of 40’s works out cheaper – now that’s service!

They’re open Monday through Friday from 8:30am to 5:45pm (with a late night on Thursday till 7:30pm), Saturdays from 8:30am to 4:45pm, and Sundays from 11am to 3:45pm. The shop accepts all payment methods including EFTPOS, cards, and cash, so you’re sorted however you want to pay.

When they’re not serving customers, you’ll find the staff keeping busy, restocking shelves and making sure everything’s spick and span. While one or two visitors reckon they’ve caught the team on an off day, the overwhelming majority can’t stop raving about how welcome they feel walking in. The store manager and team really know their stuff, and they’re always ready with spot-on recommendations if you’re not sure what you’re after.
