Puff Heaven Tobacco

Puff Heaven Tobacco in Waterford, QLD is one of those local gems where you’ll feel right at home the moment you walk in. The staff here really know their stuff, and visitors say they’re always patient and friendly – especially Baz, who’s gotten quite a reputation for his top-notch customer service. Actually, I’ve heard more than a few people say they keep coming back just because of how well they’re treated.

The store’s got a ripper selection of tobacco products, and what’s even better, their prices won’t break the bank. We’ve heard from regular customers that they’re actually cheaper than most other places in the area, particularly for brands like Choice and Parker & Simpson. They’ve also got a decent range of gifts and accessories, which comes in handy when you’re looking for something a bit different.

Finding the place is no drama at all, with easy parking right out front. They’re open seven days a week from 8am to 7pm, which is pretty convenient if you ask me. The shop takes all sorts of payments – cash, card, EFTPOS, whatever suits you – and there’s even an ATM on site if you need it.

One thing that really stands out about Puff Heaven is how they’ve set themselves up as a bit of a local institution. Other shop owners in the area often send their customers here when they’re after specific items. The store stocks all your typical tobacconist gear – cigarettes, rolling papers, lighters, and such – plus they’ve got this fantastic range of gifts that people keep raving about.

The whole vibe of the place is just really welcoming and laid-back. Sure, you might catch them on the odd day when they’re a bit flat out, but generally speaking, the service is quick and the staff are always up for a chat if you need advice. Fair dinkum, it’s the kind of shop where they remember your usual order and might even throw in a bit of friendly banter while they’re at it.
