About
TSG Sunnybank Hills in QLD is your typical local tobacconist, stocking all the usual suspects like cigarettes, rolling papers, and lighters. The shop’s been getting mixed feedback lately, which honestly feels pretty spot-on with what you’d expect from a neighborhood smoke shop.
Price-wise, it’s a bit of a mixed bag. Some visitors reckon they’re getting fair deals, while others say you might as well pop down to Coles since the prices are about the same. A few recent customers have mentioned scoring some good deals though, so maybe things have improved on that front.
The customer service situation is interesting, to say the least. It’s like a roll of the dice really – some days you’ll get a really helpful staff member who’ll bend over backwards to answer your questions, and other days… well, let’s just say the service mightn’t be quite what you’re hoping for. We’ve heard both sides of the story from different visitors, so your mileage may vary.
They’re open seven days a week, which is handy. During the week they’re running from 7am to 7pm, and on weekends they’re open 9am to 6pm. Though fair warning – we’ve heard from a few people that they sometimes close up shop a bit earlier than advertised, so might be worth calling ahead if you’re planning a late arvo visit.
The shop accepts all the usual payment methods – EFTPOS, cards, and cash, so you won’t need to make a special trip to the ATM. It’s one of those places that’s been around for a while, and while it mightn’t blow your socks off, it does the job when you need to stock up on your smoking supplies.
