King of the Pack Springwood

King of the Pack Springwood in QLD is one of those local gems where you can tell the staff really care about their customers. They stock all your typical tobacconist goods like cigarettes, rolling papers, and lighters, and visitors say they generally manage to have everything you might need in stock.

The customer service here is absolutely top-notch. We’ve heard from quite a few people that the staff are not just friendly, but they go above and beyond to help you out. One of the lovely things about this place is how they create such a welcoming atmosphere – they’re known for having a friendly chat and making customers feel right at home. There’s even a story about them offering a customer a free bag of bread once, which just shows the kind of community-minded spirit they’ve got going.

When it comes to prices, you’ll be pretty chuffed with what you find here. Regulars reckon they haven’t found better prices anywhere else, and the staff are always keen to help you find the best deal. They’re really good about looking out for specials and making sure you get value for your money.

They’re open seven days a week, which is dead handy. During the week, they start bright and early at 8:30am and close at 5pm most days, except Thursday when they’re open till 6pm. Saturday they’re open 8:30am to 3pm, and Sunday hours are 8:30am to 5:30pm. The store accepts all major payment methods including EFTPOS, card, and cash.

It’s worth noting that while most feedback is positive, a couple of customers have mentioned some products weren’t to their liking. But that seems to be the exception rather than the rule, with most people coming back time and time again for the great service and competitive prices. If you’re after a reliable tobacconist with friendly faces behind the counter, this place is definitely worth checking out.
