TSG Deeragun

TSG Deeragun in Queensland is your typical local tobacconist, but with a few extras that make it worth checking out. They’re open nice and early, kicking off at 7am on weekdays (except Friday when it’s 7:30am) and 8am on weekends, staying open until 7pm during the week and 6pm on weekends.

The shop’s got a pretty diverse range of stuff, actually. We’ve heard from visitors that besides your standard tobacco products, they’ve got this whole collection of brewing supplies, which is a bit different. They’re also stocking designer handbags, ornamental lamps, and all sorts of gift items. If you’re after something specific like lighters, apparently they’ve got heaps to choose from. Plus, they do layby if you need to spread out your payments, which is handy.

Parking’s a breeze, with convenient spots right nearby, and there are even public toilets close by if you need them. The store accepts EFTPOS, card, and cash payments, so you’re covered whatever your preferred payment method.

When it comes to service, well, it’s a bit of a mixed bag from what we’ve heard. Some folks rave about the friendly, helpful staff who’ll go out of their way to assist you. Others… not so much. We’ve heard stories about both fantastic service and some pretty ordinary experiences, so your mileage might vary there.

Price-wise, it’s worth noting that some visitors reckon they’re on the steep side for certain items. A few customers have mentioned concerns about the store’s return policy, which has a strict 24-hour limit. That said, others say they offer competitive prices on tobacco products, so it probably depends on what you’re after.

The shop seems to have a decent following among locals, especially early birds who appreciate those morning hours. Just keep in mind that if you need to return anything, you’ll want to check it out pretty quickly due to that return policy. And while some regulars swear by the place, others have had less stellar experiences, particularly when it comes to certain products and customer service interactions.
