TSG Bentley Park

TSG Bentley Park in Queensland is your go-to tobacconist that’s really made a name for itself with its unique drive-through service and friendly atmosphere. They stock all your typical tobacconist goods like cigarettes, rolling papers, and lighters, plus they’ve got cigars for those special occasions. The shop accepts all payment methods including EFTPOS, card, and cash, making it super convenient for everyone.

What really sets this place apart is their legendary customer service. Most visitors rave about the staff going above and beyond, and I’ve heard some ripper stories about them. Like this one regular who mentioned they remember their usual order and have it ready before they even pull up to the window! They even wash your windscreen while you’re there, and if you’ve got a four-legged mate in the car, they’ll throw in some free doggie treats. Talk about service with a smile!

One of their quirky features is their daily blackboard jokes, which have become a bit of a local talking point. While some reckon they’re a bit repetitive, most customers get a good laugh out of them. The shop keeps pretty decent hours too, opening bright and early at 5:30 am on weekdays until 6:30 pm, with slightly shorter hours on weekends (7 am to 4 pm on Saturdays and 8 am to 4 pm on Sundays).

The prices seem to be a bit of a mixed bag, with some visitors saying they’re competitive while others reckon they could be better. But honestly, most people seem happy enough to pay a bit extra for the convenience of the drive-through and the top-notch service. It’s worth noting that while most customers absolutely love the place, there’s been the odd review mentioning less-than-stellar service, but that seems to be the exception rather than the rule.

The drive-through setup is particularly handy when you’re in a rush or if the weather’s playing up (which we all know happens plenty in Queensland!). Plus, the staff seems to have built up quite a rapport with their regulars, making it feel more like dropping by to see old mates than just another shop visit.
