Ah Tobacconist and Gift Shop

Ah Tobacconist & Gift Shop in Bardon, Queensland is your typical local smoke shop with a bit of everything you might need. They’ve got quite a decent range of products according to visitors, from your basic cigarettes and rolling papers to lighters and other smoking accessories. What’s really caught people’s attention is their pricing – we’ve heard from quite a few regulars that they’re among the cheapest in the area, which is always a good thing when you’re watching your wallet.

The staff here generally get good marks for their service, with most visitors saying they’re friendly and helpful. Though like any shop, they’ve had their off days – someone mentioned having trouble with an ATM once, and another regular couldn’t get in during what might’ve been their lunch break. Still, most of the feedback about the service is pretty positive.

They keep pretty convenient hours, staying open from 8 in the morning until 8 at night, seven days a week. That’s handy if you need to pop in after work or on weekends. The shop accepts EFTPOS, card, and cash payments, so you won’t need to make a special trip to the ATM.

Some folks have mentioned occasional stock issues with common items like papers or lighters, so you might want to call ahead if you’re after something specific. But overall, visitors reckon it’s a reliable spot for your smoking needs. The shop’s been a bit of a mixed bag when it comes to keeping the storefront tidy, with some mentioning rubbish around the entrance, but inside you’ll find what you need without too much fuss.

For what it’s worth, most regulars seem pretty happy with the place. It might not be the fanciest tobacconist around, but if you’re after decent prices and a good basic selection of smoking supplies, it does the job nicely. Just remember that like any small business, they might sometimes need to close briefly for lunch or restocking, so it’s worth keeping that in mind if you’re making a special trip.
