TSG Tweed Heads in NSW has become quite the local favourite, and it’s not hard to see why. This top-rated tobacconist has built quite a reputation for their exceptional customer service – seriously, every time I pop in there’s always someone raving about how lovely the staff are. The team there really knows their stuff and goes above and beyond to help customers find exactly what they’re after.

You’ll find all your typical tobacconist goods here, from your standard cigarettes and rolling papers to a nice selection of lighters and accessories. The prices are pretty reasonable too, which is always a bonus in these times when everything seems to be getting dearer by the minute. We’ve heard from quite a few visitors that the prices here won’t break the bank, which is probably one reason why locals keep coming back.

They’re open nice and early during the week, kicking off at 8am and running through to 5:30pm Monday to Friday. If you’re more of a weekend shopper, they open a bit later – 9am on Saturdays and 10am on Sundays, but you can still catch them until 5:30pm on Saturdays and 4pm on Sundays. Perfect for those lazy Sunday arvo tobacco runs.

The store accepts all the usual payment methods including EFTPOS, card, and cash, so you won’t need to make a special trip to the ATM. What really sets this place apart though is the consistently positive atmosphere. We’ve heard time and time again about the staff’s wonderful attitude and how they make everyone feel welcome. One bloke mentioned how the service was “amazing” and the staff member who helped him was “very lovely” – and that’s pretty much the standard experience you can expect here.
