Jj Convenience Store Tobacco 80

JJ Convenience Store Tobacco 80 in Tamworth, NSW is your typical local tobacconist with a bit of extra character thrown in. They’ve got all your standard smoke shop essentials like cigarettes, rolling papers, and lighters, but what makes them stand out is their interesting mix of additional goodies. We’ve heard they stock some pretty sought-after American treats, Takis (those spicy rolled corn chips that everyone’s been talking about), and a decent selection of drinks to boot.

The shop keeps things simple and convenient with generous trading hours, staying open from 8 in the morning until 9 at night, seven days a week. Perfect for those late-night tobacco runs or when you’re craving some international snacks after dinner. The store accepts all the usual payment methods including cash, card, and EFTPOS, so you won’t have to make a special trip to the ATM.

When it comes to customer service, well, it’s been a bit of a mixed bag lately. Most visitors reckon the staff are pretty helpful and friendly – there was even this one time when a customer couldn’t find their preferred Rothmans, and the staff went out of their way to suggest other places to try. That’s the kind of local shop attitude you want to see. Though it’s worth mentioning that some people have had less stellar experiences, so your mileage might vary.

Price-wise, we’ve heard good things. A few regulars have mentioned the competitive pricing, which is always a plus when you’re looking for your regular tobacco supplies. The shop seems to have built up a bit of a following among locals, particularly for their snack selection. One regular customer even dubbed them their “number one snack supplier” – and that’s saying something in a town like Tamworth.

It’s the kind of place that might not blow your socks off at first glance, but it gets the job done and throws in a few pleasant surprises with their international snack options. Just remember to check what you need is in stock, as some specific cigarette brands might not always be available.
