TSG Sydney 92A Liverpool St

TSG Sydney on 92A Liverpool St in Sydney, New South Wales is a 24/7 tobacconist that’s gotten quite mixed feedback from the local community. While they’ve got a pretty decent selection of tobacco products and general convenience items, visitors say the prices tend to run higher than other shops in the area. We’ve heard some regulars mention they can find the same items cheaper at other TSG locations nearby.

The store takes EFTPOS, card, and cash payments, and stocks all your typical tobacconist items like cigarettes, rolling papers, and lighters. A few customers have praised their broad product range, though you might want to compare prices before making a purchase. One bloke mentioned they helped return his lost card, which was a nice touch.

When it comes to customer service, well, it’s bit of a mixed bag really. Some night-time customers rave about a particular staff member from Bangladesh who they say provides excellent service. However, other visitors have reported less pleasant experiences, including concerns about overcharging and unhelpful attitudes. We’ve heard stories ranging from staff being standoffish to downright rude, especially during break times when there’s apparently been some confusion about store closures.

Being open 24/7 is definitely convenient for late-night tobacco needs, but you might want to keep your wits about you when checking your receipt. Some customers have reported issues with billing accuracy, so it’s worth double-checking your purchases. While some locals swear by this place and consider it their regular spot, others reckon you might be better off exploring other options in the area, particularly if you’re watching your wallet.

The store’s got what you need if you’re in a pinch, but the inconsistent service and higher prices might make you think twice about making it your regular tobacco shop. Still, it’s there when you need it, day or night, which counts for something in the city.
