Smokemart Campbelltown Macarthur Square Shopping Centre

Smokemart Campbelltown Macarthur Square Shopping Centre in NSW is your typical local tobacconist, but with a bit of extra flair. They’ve got all your standard tobacco needs covered, plus a ripper selection of giftware that’s caught the attention of quite a few shoppers. We’ve heard that their gift range is particularly good value, with some sweet deals like their 3-for-50 promotions that have made plenty of customers happy.

The store keeps pretty reasonable hours, opening at 8 in the morning most days (10am on Sundays) and staying open until 6pm (6:30pm on Thursdays and 5pm on Sundays). That gives you plenty of time to pop in and browse their selection. The staff are generally pretty switched on when it comes to helping you find what you’re after at the right price point. One visitor mentioned how the team helped them pick products based on their budget, which is always good to hear.

When it comes to customer service, it’s been a bit of a mixed bag lately. While some folks rave about the friendly staff and their helpful attitudes (particularly mentioning someone named Elizabeth who apparently goes above and beyond), others reckon they’ve had some less than stellar experiences. Just goes to show that everyone’s experience can be different, right?

They take all the usual payment methods including cash, cards, and EFTPOS, so you won’t be caught short at the counter. Besides your standard cigarettes and smoking accessories, they’ve got a decent range of party glasses and gift items that seem to be a hit with customers looking for something special. The store stocks all your typical tobacconist items like cigarettes, rolling papers, and lighters, plus that extra bit of variety in their gift section.

Just remember that like any shop, some days might be better than others, but most visitors seem to find what they’re after. It’s worth noting that some of their online product listings might not always match what’s in store, so if you’re after something specific, maybe give them a bell first to save yourself a wasted trip.
