About
CTC Ashfield in New South Wales has recently moved to a new location, just a stone’s throw from their old spot across from the statue on Hercules Street. It’s one of those local spots that’s dead easy to get to, right near the Ashfield train station with a bus stop around the corner, and there’s even some seating outside if you need to take a breather.
The shop stocks your typical tobacconist fare – tobacco products, lighters, and they’ve even got soft drinks if you’re feeling parched. Though we’ve heard from some visitors that stock levels can be a bit hit-and-miss sometimes, so you might want to ring ahead if you’re after something specific. You know how it goes with these things.
When it comes to service, well, it’s been a bit of a mixed bag lately. Some regulars reckon they’ve had ripper experiences, while others haven’t been quite so chuffed with their visits. It’s probably fair to say the customer service can be a bit unpredictable, depending on when you pop in.
They’re pretty generous with their trading hours, keeping the doors open from 7 in the morning right through to 9 at night, seven days a week. That’s handy if you need to duck in after work or on the weekend. The shop accepts all the usual payment methods – EFTPOS, cards, and cash, so you won’t be caught short at the register.
Look, it might not be the fanciest tobacconist you’ll ever visit, but it’s convenient if you’re in the area. Just remember to check they’ve got what you need before making a special trip, and maybe catch them on a good day for the best experience. Some visitors say it’s worth giving them a go, especially if you’re already in Ashfield and need to stock up on your smoking supplies.
